Our dumplings and bao sandwiches are made with traditional Taiwanese technique and California sensibility, where you can taste the freshness and the artisan-made quality. Owned by women & immigrants, Good To Eat Dumplings embraces local, organic ingredients, and values diversity when building our team and choosing partners.

Funded in September 2017, we have been dedicating ourselves in bringing fine-dining quality, artisanal food to the fast casual scene. We are best known for our original hand-wrapped potstickers and the Taiwanese hospitality that is on display at our restaurant and pop-up events around the Bay Area.
